On the web: sign in, open your account screen, and press Cancel subscription — one button, straight to the confirmation, no phone call. On a phone: iPhone → Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android → Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Either way, everything stays unlocked until the period you already paid for ends, and nothing is charged again after that.

Settings → Delete my data erases the account at once, with no backup: your profile, email, every game, coach reads and lesson progress, and any club link — all gone. Two things outlive it, and neither can be turned back into you: a one-way hash of the email stays 12 months, so the same address cannot claim a second free trial or a second refund, and a payment you actually made is kept seven years because the law says so — no longer tied to any account. An active subscription has to be cancelled first — the button asks for that before it deletes anything. Full instructions: deleting your account.

Check Settings → Sound and voice is on, and the device isn't muted. English tables speak with natural voices that download once and then run on your own device — about 86 MB. Nothing waits for that download: your device's own voices cover the table until it lands, which is why the first minutes can sound flatter, and Settings → Voice engine → System voices keeps them for good if you would rather not wait at all. Ukrainian and Russian tables play in silence for now — a voice for them is not ready yet, and every word is on screen.

Progress lives on the account, not the device — it comes back the moment you sign in with the same email you played under. Check the exact address (no typo, no second email) and that you're actually signed in here. Still missing after that? Write to us with the email and roughly when you last played, and it gets looked up.

Otherwise write to us and say: what screen you were on, what you tapped, what you expected, and what actually happened — a screenshot helps a lot. Every report is read; say if it's blocking you from playing right now and it gets looked at today, otherwise expect an answer by the next business day.
