Will this actually make me better?
Judge it before paying: the whole first level of the school and every game you play are free, and the coaching after a game is free once a day. Behind the door are 412 sessions — 75 of them numbers this engine measured over 60,000 games, and 23 that run the opposite way to what most players believe.
Why is the game free at all?
There is no catch: a game genuinely costs us nothing. The nine players are not a language model — so one game or a thousand costs the same, which is zero. Every rival with a model in the loop pays real money each time a stranger plays for free, and that is why none of them leave it unlimited.
What am I actually paying for?
The same thing chess players pay for: the review afterwards. The engine watched the table with you and reached its own conclusions on the same evidence. Paying shows you where it disagreed with you, and why.
Is $49 a lot?
It is 13 cents a day, and it is once — not a coach's hourly rate and not a course you pay for again next year. The monthly plan is the same product at 20 cents a day if you would rather try it that way.
Is there a cheaper way in?

What happens if I stop playing?
Nothing, for two years. Your account, your games and your badges stay where they are until you delete them yourself — the one exception is an account nobody has signed in to for 24 months, which we delete after writing to you twice, and a single sign-in cancels that. The privacy notice says the same.
